CATCHING INSPIRING SUNRISES

Catching Sunrises is a habit I started decades ago. The only time I could train and exercise (given my family and work schedule) was early in the morning. So I was able to watch the sunrise almost every day for the past 30 years.

I formalized it into collecting sunrises and catching hope. Every new morning I get to start anew. To catch hope for the day and to be grateful I am alive.

The sunrise (or any moment just stopping to reflect) is the trigger.

“Every sunrise gives you a new beginning and a new ending. Let this morning be a new beginning to a better relationship and a new ending to the bad memories. It’s an opportunity to enjoy life, breathe freely, think and love. Be grateful for this beautiful day.”
